Just the organizer. One Group Pro subscription unlocks the expense tools for every member on every trip that person organizes. Your seven buddies pay nothing.
How does settling up actually work?
As the group books things, log each cost with who paid and who it covers — the couple's room is split by two, the 8-person Suburban by eight. At the end, we compute the fewest possible payments to square everyone up. Send the money however you like (Venmo, Zelle, cash) and mark each payment as paid so the whole group sees live balances.
Does the money move through the app?
No — and that's by design. We're the scorekeeper: we do the math, boil the whole trip down to the fewest possible payments, and track them to zero. You send the money in the apps you already trust — Venmo, Zelle, cash — and mark it paid here.
What happens when my trial ends?
You keep all your data. The expense tools lock again until you subscribe, and nothing is ever deleted.
Can uneven splits be handled?
Yes — every expense is split among exactly the people you pick. Couples share their room, singles pay for their own, and group-wide costs like the rental cars or the ticket block spread evenly across everyone.
